Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Please arrive on time for your consultation to ensure you receive your full allocated time. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Waitlist Policy: If your preferred slot is unavailable, you may join the waitlist. We will notify you if a time slot becomes available.
